Compositor Windows preview

Independent Windows port of Compositor by Robbie Tilton:
https://github.com/robbietilton/Compositor
Baseline: a19db9011282399785dc18efcfded904627bdcc2 (Compositor 1.0.4).
This port is not endorsed by the upstream author. Complete Mac equivalence
and complete Photoshop compatibility are not claimed.

The application and reused Compositor code are distributed under MIT; see
Compositor-MIT.txt. The offline foreground replacement uses MIT-licensed
BiRefNet_lite weights, pinned to the revision recorded in its model card.
ONNX Runtime license and third party notices accompany its binary.

Qt 6.8.3 is dynamically linked. Qt license texts and the upstream supplied
SPDX inventory are in Qt and Qt-SBOM. This package uses Qt under LGPL-3.0
where that license applies, with component-specific notices in SPDX.
libheif and libde265 are dynamically linked under LGPL-3.0-or-later.
Corresponding source archives, application source and dependency build
scripts are in ../sources. Users may replace the application-local DLLs
and run Compositor.exe directly. Automatic updates are disabled in this
preview; no development update helper or update trust configuration ships.

Microsoft Visual C++ runtime DLLs are redistributed app-locally from the
installed Visual Studio redistributable directory; Microsoft terms apply.
Windows system components are supplied by Windows 11.

The MSI installer is produced with WiX 5.0.2 under the Microsoft Reciprocal
License; WIX-LICENSE.txt contains the installer tool's notices. The portable
application requires neither WiX nor .NET. The original geometric app icon
is covered by the application MIT license. No Apple icons are used.
