Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains what Tiny World Builder stores and uses for community, chat, profile, and game features.

Information we process

  • Account/session data from supported sign-in methods, including wallet session tokens or Identity sessions.
  • Profile data such as username, display name, bio, avatar choice, Twitter/X handle, optional GitHub username, and public profile status.
  • Community data such as rooms, direct messages, posts, reports/downvotes, role assignments, bans, suspensions, and moderation records.
  • Game/community presence such as online status and last-seen timestamps used to show members online or seated in the lobby.
  • World/game data needed to save, list, join, and play worlds.

How it is used

Data is used to authenticate users, display profiles, operate rooms/DMs/game access, enforce the Code of Conduct, prevent spam/abuse, power moderation, and keep the service working.

Moderation and AI

Community messages and reports may be processed by automated moderation services, including AI models, to detect spam, abuse, prohibited coin promotion, foul language, or other policy violations.

Visibility

Profile details, avatars, handles, online presence, and public messages may be visible to other community members. Direct messages are intended for the participants but may still be reviewed for safety, abuse prevention, and enforcement.

Retention

Records may be retained while needed to operate the service, support moderation, investigate abuse, or comply with obligations. Deleted or banned accounts may still leave moderation/audit records.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, stop using the service, or ask the project owner about data removal. Some moderation, safety, and audit records may be retained when necessary.

Contact

For privacy questions, use the contact channel provided by the project owner. If no contact is listed, open an issue or reach out through the project community.
